Substitutions

We will do our best to fulfill your request, however, seasonal factors & market availability might affect your blooms.

To ensure your important gift is delivered on time, it may require us to substitute flowers or sundry items with one of similar value, colour, and style.

Items with Alcohol

Please be aware that the delivery of alcohol is regulated by State Liquor Laws. To order or receive alcoholic beverages, you must be 18 years old or older. Other licensing and delivery restrictions may also be in effect.

Additionally, the sender is responsible for ensuring that their gift complies with the law in this regard and absolves us (The Sunny Coast Flower Bar) of any responsibility in this matter.

Alcohol items will not be left unattended if the recipient is not home, this may incur a new delivery fee.

Valentine's Day & Mother's Day

Valentine's Day

Please note that orders must be placed by 13th February, to ensure guaranteed delivery on Valentine's Day. We do not accept timed deliveries for this occasion. All orders sent to business addresses will delivered by 5:00 PM, while home address deliveries will arrive by 7:00 PM.

Mother's Day

For orders requested to be delivered on Mother's Day, we will make every effort to deliver on that Sunday. However, to ensure delivery by Mother's Day during this peak period we reserve the right to deliver your order between Friday and Sunday of Mother's Day weekend. We cannot guarantee delivery times on any of these days.

Public Holidays

We will be closed on Public holidays. Your blooms will be delivered the next working day.
