Cancellation & Changes
Please note that refunds can be accepted 48 hours prior to the delivery day. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds on the day of delivery as your flowers will already be in preparation or transit. If you need to change anything on your order, feel free to contact us on 0493 081 312.

We understand that every order is unique and we're here to address your specific requirements and concerns. Regarding your flowers, please call us at 0493 081 312. Our team is ready to assist you and explore potential resolutions tailored to your situation. Please note that refunds for online or phone orders credited back to the original credit card.
We are unable to arrange a resend of fresh or issue refund if the original flowers have been disposed of, as we will not be able to assese the cause of the issue.

Experience the convenience of same-day delivery when you place your order by 1 PM on weekdays (Sunshine Coast time) or by Midday on Saturdays & Sundays. For all business addresses, your flowers & gift will arrive by 5 PM. Orders placed after the cutoff times will be delivered the next day, and if an incorrect address is provided, we can arrange a re-delivery for an additional charge. In case the recipient is unavailable at delivery, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe spot, or contact you to arrange a new delivery time, which may also incur an extra fee.
